Made to order

Every Set Piece Supply tee is printed to order. Because each piece is made for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colourway.

If something is wrong

Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date if the package never arrives) if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

When a quality or fulfillment problem is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund. You typically do not need to send the item back.

What is not covered

Orders placed with the wrong size, colourway, or placement; change of mind after delivery; and incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned because of an address issue, we can help reship — additional shipping charges may apply.
